The familiar taste of the hotel’s handmade croissants meet the homemade marmalade and the exquisite vanilla cream, which was inspired and created by the pastry team of the historic Hotel Grande Bretagne, and altogether craft the finest harmony once they blend with the indigenous fresh butter and chestnut honey. One of the highlights of this elegant brunch, is the handmade “tsoureki” with mastiha, an exclusive creation, personally curated by the hotel’s Pastry Chef Evgenios Vardakastanis.
